Aire Notebook is your AI assistant for exploring techno-economic models. It helps project developers understand assumptions, trace logic, and identify issues by asking questions in plain language. Unlike generic chat tools, Notebook is grounded in the full structure of your model—blocks, terms, assumptions, and the formulas that connect them. It understands how every data point is calculated and how it flows through the model. Notebook reflects the full architecture of your model, not just the numbers it produces.

Notebook in Action:

  • Understand any model faster
    Get clear answers to questions like “What’s the purpose of this model?” or “How is CapEx calculated?”

  • Uncover issues early
    Surface gaps like missing contingencies, unrealistic financing, or zero-debt structures before they block progress.

  • Prep for investor conversations
    Ask what’s missing for a financing-ready model and get detailed, actionable feedback.

  • Trace logic and assumptions
    Follow terms across blocks, understand inputs and outputs, and validate your thinking.

  • Explore scenarios
    Ask how different configurations affect results and identify key drivers across cases.

How It Works:

  1. Navigate to your project
    Open the TEA model you want to explore.

  2. Go to Notebook in the left menu
    This opens the chat interface, scoped to your current project.

  3. Continue a previous chat or start fresh
    All your conversations are saved per project for easy reference.

  4. Ask questions in natural language
    Examples: “What drives IRR?”, “Is this model debt-financed?”, “What’s the CapEx breakdown?”

  5. Follow up as needed
    Notebook remembers context so you can go deeper with each question.
